Refunds/Cancellations

As all orders are custom, Kalakari.in will not enforce refunds or cancellations if any work is started by the artist unless an exception is made by the artist.

  1. In any situation at the end of the painting process if you are not happy with the painting and proven the difference between the original photo provided and painting, we make the modifications with your suggestions. Even after modifications, if you are not satisfied with the final result and the reason is proper, we will refund you the 15% of the advance payment.

  2. Because of any personal or other reasons, if the customer cancels the order during the painting process, we will not refund you the advance payment. In such situations the customer is responsible for it and Kalakari.in is not bind to refund the paid advance payment.

Money Back Guarantee Offer

If you receive your painting and do not like the quality of the physical product for any reason, we will process a 100% full refund if you return the painting to us within 10 days after delivery. The product must be shipped and returned in its original condition to qualify for the full refund. We do not allow refund or cancellation requests and this offer is only made at the conclusion of your order after you have received the physical painting from the artist. Filing a dispute with your bank or credit card will waive your right to our Money Back Guarantee offer under this policy.

To begin the refund process, simply email support@kalakari.in  requesting a refund for a specific item in an order within 10 days of receiving your item from your artist. Once your refund request is confirmed, we will send you a return address and it must be returned within 7 days of this notice.

Refunds will be issued within 10 days of receipt of your painting, and once a refund is issued the credit will appear on your bank statement in 5-10 business days.

Limitations of Money Back Guarantee Offer

Money Back Guarantee claims are limited to one refund requests per year, per customer. One refund request can be made for only one item in an order. Kalakari.in may deny refunds at our sole discretion if we believe a refund is requested by the same customer more than the allowed number of times under this policy. Customer shall be responsible for full payment of any orders that are denied refunds under this policy.

Damaged In Shipping or Lost Shipments

If a painting get damaged in shipping or lost, we will repaint and reship for free of charge.
